					Worked with Jeff Parker on the installation of new red oak hardwood flooring for my kitchen and pantry (240 sq ft). Previously had linoleum in the kitchen, and his crew did a fantastic job of seamlessly weaving in the new hardwood with the rest of the existing hardwood throughout the first floor. We opted to have everything sanded down together (900 sq ft) and oil based poly coating. We wanted a more natural look so did not have the floors stained.  We love the way everything came out and couldn’t be happier. Jeff was easy to talk to, easy to work with, responsive, and materials and crews showed up on schedule. Would highly recommend Preferred Flooring for your hardwood project.

					Love the new carpet we just put into our home bedrooms! I wasn’t sure what exactly we wanted (or needed), but with the suggestions and knowledge from Sarah, Kara, and Deb I am thrilled that we chose a nylon carpet for the bed rooms.
