					Worked with Jeff Parker on the installation of new red oak hardwood flooring for my kitchen and pantry (240 sq ft). Previously had linoleum in the kitchen, and his crew did a fantastic job of seamlessly weaving in the new hardwood with the rest of the existing hardwood throughout the first floor. We opted to have everything sanded down together (900 sq ft) and oil based poly coating. We wanted a more natural look so did not have the floors stained.  We love the way everything came out and couldn’t be happier. Jeff was easy to talk to, easy to work with, responsive, and materials and crews showed up on schedule. Would highly recommend Preferred Flooring for your hardwood project.

					Jeff was amazing to work with! With removing laminate and carpet and adding hardwood floors to match our current hardwood floors, we could not have picked a better company to work with. We even ran into a hiccup along the way (water damage under floors) and Jeff and his team were available to help us fix the damage appropriately. The final project looks better than we expected, you would never notice the difference between the new and old hard wood floors as the stain is exactly the same.  Very satisfied customer!
