					About 4 years ago, we used Preferred Flooring to install luxury vinyl floors and carpeting throughout our new build home. In addition, they did all of tile work in the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms.  Tricia and Pat helped us work through all of the product details and color schemes to get the best possible result.  Romero did all of the tile work and did a fabulous job!  I have received compliments on his work from other people in the business.  Recently, there was a minor issue and when I contacted Tricia, she was more than willing to send someone out. Scott came out on a Saturday, his day off,  and took care of it.  Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everyone that works at Preferred Flooring and their dedication to standing behind their products and workmanship.
