					Preferred Flooring just completed replacing the flooring in our kitchen, back foyer and washroom with luxury vinyl 16" square tiles grouted.  They also put in kitchen backsplash with ceramic tile and a special design over the cooktop.  We received excellent design assistance, attentive service and the completed work is top quality. 					My recent interactions with Preferred Floors were among the best retail experience I've ever had. I had them replace wall to wall carpeting in 5 rooms and the connecting hallway and their service was exceptional at every step of the process. Within two hours of walking into their store, they came to my home to take measurements. I received a very reasonable quote the next morning , revisited the store to choose the carpet and setup installation. I was told it would take two days. The installers showed up on time and were courteous, professional, and so efficient, they finished the job in one day, including removal of old material. The installation was flawless. I recommend this company without reservations, and am extremely happy I was fortunate to have their help.
