Our team specializes in flooring and tile installations, but we also offer refinishing services, as well as stair refinishing and replacement. At Preferred Flooring, we have a proven process that will make the process from start to finish feel like a luxury design dream.
When you start your project with our team you can expect the following steps in the process:

Homeowners meet with our team in our design center to discuss the home renovation or new build project and review our luxury product samples to build a cohesive look and feel.

Once you’ve narrowed down your samples, schedule a home visit with our design team and we’ll come measure to ensure accurate square footage.

Receive a comprehensive project proposal from our Preferred Flooring & Tile design team.

Provide a project deposit to start on your luxury product order and installation.

Schedule Installation dates based on material shipping/availability.

Our expert team will install your new flooring or tile to your project specifications.
Is Your Project Right For Preferred Flooring?
For our design team to do what they do best and provide homeowners with the luxury design they desire, we recommend our clients have a minimum $2500 starting point for remodeled backsplash or fireplaces and/or plan for more than 50 square feet for flooring and tile projects.
These minimums are important for our team and our customers. We aspire to provide the best luxury designs along with white glove service.
