					About 4 years ago, we used Preferred Flooring to install luxury vinyl floors and carpeting throughout our new build home. In addition, they did all of tile work in the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms.  Tricia and Pat helped us work through all of the product details and color schemes to get the best possible result.  Romero did all of the tile work and did a fabulous job!  I have received compliments on his work from other people in the business.  Recently, there was a minor issue and when I contacted Tricia, she was more than willing to send someone out. Scott came out on a Saturday, his day off,  and took care of it. 					Worked with Jeff Parker on the installation of new red oak hardwood flooring for my kitchen and pantry (240 sq ft). Previously had linoleum in the kitchen, and his crew did a fantastic job of seamlessly weaving in the new hardwood with the rest of the existing hardwood throughout the first floor. We opted to have everything sanded down together (900 sq ft) and oil based poly coating. We wanted a more natural look so did not have the floors stained.  We love the way everything came out and couldn’t be happier. Jeff was easy to talk to, easy to work with, responsive, and materials and crews showed up on schedule. Would highly recommend Preferred Flooring for your hardwood project.
