Tom is an excellent project manager and has been very patient and persistent at addressing the many quirks in my house - to address before the job could be completed. The rest of team- Scott, James and Pat took great care helping me select the right products as well as keeping me informed of the scheduling etc. Their tile and floor teams took great care in doing the jobs right and were very respectful of my property and me. I would highly recommend Preferred Flooring!! More importantly, I would call them again for flooring and tile work at my home. Excellent craftsmen ship as well as superb customer service!!

					Jeff was amazing to work with! With removing laminate and carpet and adding hardwood floors to match our current hardwood floors, we could not have picked a better company to work with. We even ran into a hiccup along the way (water damage under floors) and Jeff and his team were available to help us fix the damage appropriately. The final project looks better than we expected, you would never notice the difference between the new and old hard wood floors as the stain is exactly the same.  Very satisfied customer!
