We have been working with a number of contractors (plumbers, painters, drywall, bathroom installers, kitchen) Kim at Preferred Flooring was head and shoulders above the others. She listened, understood, made suggestions and completed our project as scheduled. Everyone at PF was professional, courteous, clean and did their job well. Kim gave us a quality product within a strict budget. With her help we changed the original direction of laminate floor to 5" hand scraped engineered hardwood. We couldn't be happier. Great customer service and good, helpful people just because! I just walked in hoping to find and buy a few pieces of matching wood floor for a small rotting section in my dining room. No one sells a few pieces so you'd have to buy the entire bunch! They don't either, but the owner just gave me 8 or so pieces they had lying in the back free of charge! I just want people to know this place is run by good folks.

Love the new carpet we just put into our home bedrooms! I wasn’t sure what exactly we wanted (or needed), but with the suggestions and knowledge from Sarah, Kara, and Deb I am thrilled that we chose a nylon carpet for the bed rooms. The difference compared to our old carpet is amazing. I think the color also makes our room look bigger than before. So happy with the help and patience these ladies showed in the process too!
