She listened, understood, made suggestions and completed our project as scheduled. Everyone at PF was professional, courteous, clean and did their job well.  Kim gave us a quality product within a strict budget.  With her help we changed the original direction of laminate floor to 5" hand scraped engineered hardwood.  We couldn't be happier. 					Worked with Jeff Parker on the installation of new red oak hardwood flooring for my kitchen and pantry (240 sq ft). Previously had linoleum in the kitchen, and his crew did a fantastic job of seamlessly weaving in the new hardwood with the rest of the existing hardwood throughout the first floor. We opted to have everything sanded down together (900 sq ft) and oil based poly coating. We wanted a more natural look so did not have the floors stained.  We love the way everything came out and couldn’t be happier. Jeff was easy to talk to, easy to work with, responsive, and materials and crews showed up on schedule. Would highly recommend Preferred Flooring for your hardwood project.

					Preferred Flooring just completed replacing the flooring in our kitchen, back foyer and washroom with luxury vinyl 16" square tiles grouted.  They also put in kitchen backsplash with ceramic tile and a special design over the cooktop.  We received excellent design assistance, attentive service and the completed work is top quality.  An added bonus was the neatness and cleanup of their crews!
